The Tiffany has a high vamp, high wings, a tilted platform, and an elastic drawstring. This shoe also has a sleek heel, hand-flattened crown, and a short, leather outer sole. The Tiffany has a #3 medium shank strength. This shoe has a slightly tapered box and when worn the shank bends at the 3/4 point.

In 2016, Capezio updated the Tiffany from the original version adding a new anti-slip sock lining, a flatter platform, and quiet toe construction.
